March 2025 Annual Meeting & Election of Board Members

The Scottish-American Society of Rhode Island cordially invites you to join us on March 14th for our Annual Meeting and the election of three members to our Board of Directors.

When: 1:00 PM on March 14, 2025 at 55 Alhambra Circle, Cranston, RI.  Please note that location will be confirmed upon final tally of attendees.
Agenda: A vote will be conducted at the Annual Meeting to elect three persons to the membership of the Board of Directors for a period of five years.

Nominating Candidates: If any member wishes to nominate additional candidates, please email the name/s to Cathy Poirier at cath251@hotmail.com no later than February 14, 2025.
RSVP Instructions: If you plan to attend the Annual Meeting, please RSVP to Cathy Poirier by February 14, 2025.
Voting Instructions: By February 28th, the final list of candidates for the three positions on the Board of Directors will be posted to this page. Voting will be done in-person at the meeting on March 14th, but you may send a proxy to vote on your behalf if you are unable to join us. If you intend to send a proxy, please notify Cathy Poirier no later than February 28th.
